RCD TestingResidual Current Devices (RCD), commonly known as Safety Switches, are designed to protect against serious electric shocks by quickly disconnecting the power when they detect a slight fluctuation in current. Due to their high sensitivity, regular testing is crucial to ensure their proper operation. Our Safety Switch Testing adheres to the AS/NZS 3760:2022 standards
Push Button Test – We verify that the safety switch activates correctly when prompted. RCD Trip Test – We simulate a power surge to evaluate the switch's response time. After completing these tests, we provide a detailed report that includes the location of each safety switch, the test results (pass or fail), and any recommended actions. |
